Staff is ignorent, sometimes rude. Also no one is able to understand English. In such a touristic spot it's crucial.
And my name I'm not showing for the privacy reasons, but the tone of the reply can add more to the rude part.

  Can you please advise when you were at our premises, what you had at what time, what the issue was and how many people were there and how much you spent. If this is a genuine review, we can easily verify the issue with our staff and if this is a genuine review we will look to address the issue with the aim to constantly improve.
  
  The fact you don't use a real name and have 0 followers is also a Red Flag.
  
  Please advise which day you were there, at what time and what you had. We can then check in ternally on our cameras who dealt with you and what the issue is with the aim to improve. There is no rudeness in our response, just looking for more detail as to what is the issue exactly. Both owners speak fluent English in fact one is British. If that was an issue then please request to speak to someone in English. The restaurant is in Portugal, though we endeavour to have English and French speaking staff available most of the time.

Tenho de actualizar esta crítica, porque embora a comida continue a ser óptima, o serviço tem vindo a piorar nos últimos dois meses. Desde pedidos perdidos a contas cobradas duas vezes, a experiência passou de ser incrível a dolorosa, com muita pena nossa.

A great place to get great pizza, while enjoying the ambiance of the Portugese coast. The staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your dining experience a thing to remember.

Hoje fomos a um lugar que amamos desde a primeira vez que nos conhecemos porque a comida é muito boa. Esta foi a nossa segunda vez, mas foi a melhor experiência e tudo graças à Josi pela atenção e amabilidade em tudo momento. Obrigada pelo grato jantar.
Nos sentimos tão bem atendidos e a comida sugerida pela Josi estava tão deliciosa que ficamos encantados. Queremos que seu chefe saiba sobre seu excelente atendimento e serviço. E que voltaremos sem dúvida.

Pedimos uma pizza chamada “Dolce Ca pra” e seu sabor é espetacular demais. É a melhor pizza que já provei e com a massa mais grossa fica espetacular. Os sabores todos no seu ponto, eu recomendo esta pizza. Tem uma mistura entre doce e salgado perfeito. Obrigada pela sugestão Josi e continue mostrando a pessoa maravilhosa que você é e que Deus te abençoe, é um prazer ter te conhecido.
