Flight 6 hours late. Not even an apology was made. The plans for vacation were ruined that day. I tried for compensation and was completly ignored. I dont recommend them at all.

Lufthansa Airlines offers excellent service. Although some airport employees might be cumbersome and slow, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We had a terrific time together.
