    Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit dem besten Service!
    Die Bars und Restaurants, sowie das Spa und der Fitnessbereich sind sehr hübsch gestaltet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die 5 Sterne sind verdient!
    Besonders das Frühstück ist große Klasse!
    Unsere Suit und das Bad war groß, geschmackvoll möbliert, mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem.
    Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

    Great feeling walking through the front doors!

    My fiancé and I arrived tired and jet lagged. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

    They did a couple of things by surprise us to celebrate our engagement.

    First Class staff and hotel and highly recommended.

    Inanzitutto questo dovrebbe essere un 5 stelle, ma non è affatto cosi! Siamo stati 4 notti in questo hotel, e svegliarti la mattina dallo sbattere delle porte dalle donne delle pulizie nei corridoi non e proprio da 5 stelle ma nemmeno da 1 stella!
    Pulizia pessima, camera su 4 notti sola una volta sono state cambiate le lenzuola, servizio da banjo solo 2 volte su 4 notti! Ma non basta il management deludente del housekeeping ma bisogna pure sentire tutti i rumori tv compresa delle camere accanto,

    I was staying there and they wouldn't let my uber eats guy drop his food off at the lobby. After I already told them my uber eats guy is on the way for my wife. Please accept the food and bring it up. Secuirty reasons they said what a poor excuse

    enjoyed staying in this hotel, unfortunately had a few problems the first night we landed but David, the guest service supervisor/duty manager shifts was so understanding and did his full best to make the rest of our stay enjoyable and also gave us lots of great suggestions to go see such as towns and beach and lovely places to eat, so many thanks to David. Hotel is beautiful and clean and the hotel restaurants have great food especially soul garden with beautiful ambience.

    Camere pulite, ben accessoriata, acqua sempre disponibile in camera come il caffè e il frigobar super fornito,ci sono tutti servizi dalla spa al bar ristorante etc le colazioni importanti al mattino c'è anche il pianista mentre si fa colazione il personale gentile e professionale, posizione ottima sia per i mezzi di trasporto come treni e metro, praticamente si trovano davanti all' hotel la stazione sete rios e la fermata della metro è jiardim zoologico.     Un hôtel qui est à la hauteur de 5 étoiles, très bien situé à quelques pas du métro, les services proposés sont nombreux et variés, le personnel est en adéquation avec le lieu, infrastructures et aménagement de très haut niveau avec piscine, spa, plusieurs restaurants etc..
    Petit commentaire pour les équipes de nettoyage des chambres, c est très propre jusqu a enlever les petites traces de doigts sur les robinets, chasse d'eau etc..

    Great hotel. Very nice and obliging service. Breakfast buffet tasty, a large selection of dishes. Rooms large and clean. Beautiful plant decorations in the lobby. An impressive view from the upper floors.
